    • Installation
      • Cannot download latest version
      • License is not accepted, not retained, or lost
        • Try copying and pasting the license into the program or try entering it manually instead if you are using copy/paste.
        • If your license has expired, you will have to purchase a new license.
        • Add an exception for VideoMeld to CleanSweep, WindowsWasher, or any other similar registry cleanup programs you may have installed.
        • If you lost your license, you will have to purchase a new one. Licenses will not be replaced.
