• Customer database and e-mail addresses. To fulfill our privacy obligation and protect customer information from misuse by marketing firms, existing customer information will not be transferred. Customers routinely check the website for updates and the software itself checks for updates to notify users. The GoldWave forum will be transferred.
• Employees.
• Computer hardware, development tools and related software, physical equipment and materials.

An Embarcadero C++ Builder Professional license is required to build the Windows version of the software. Emscripten is used to build GoldWave Infinity.

Expression Of Interest

Buyers must express interest before April 30, 2027 and must agree to the following criteria to be considered.

• Minimum bid of $3.0 million.
• Provide a $10,000 payment to secure the bid (fully refundable).
• Continued support of GoldWave and VideoMeld for at least 1 year after acquisition.
• No use of malware, spyware, toolbar hijacks, or any unnecessary modifications of the user's configuration, such as web browser home pages, search engines, history, etc. for as long as the programs are distributed under their original names "GoldWave" and "VideoMeld" or from the GoldWave or VideoMeld domains.
• No restrictions on current GoldWave Inc. employees for future software development.
• All source code and data are provided AS IS without warranty.

Given a sufficiently substantial bid, GoldWave Inc. reserves the right to conclude the sale any time. GoldWave Inc. reserves the right to cancel this sale.
